Throughout my professional life, I have enjoyed sharing techniques that help to quieten body and mind.
I feel inspired by the positive effects of these techniques during individual sessions, in group sessions and while working with hospital patients.
Presence to others
Professional activities
• I offer guidance in sophrology.
• Inspired by a desire to help others, I chose to become a nurse. I specialised in paediatrics and obtained a master's degree in public health. I have worked in hospitals and other health centres in Belgium and abroad. Currently, in addition to the guidance in sophrology I work part-time at a hospital.
Sensitivity
My curriculum
I love the approach and the human dimension that are present in all my professional activities.
Since 2006, I have explored and trained in various body-mind disciplines: Shiatsu practitioner (Yoseido Shiasu – 2014), University Certificate in Therapeutic Hypnosis - Pôle Santé ( U.L.B. – 2021), University Certificate in Mindfullness (U.L.B. – ongoing education).
Captivated by the connection between body and mind, I chose to train in sophrology. After completing a 2.5-year programme, I obtained my certificate from the Ecole Belge de Sophrologie Fondamentale et de de Relaxation (E.B.S.F.R.) in 2017.
I have practised sophrology ever since and continue to attend further training to keep my knowledge up to date.
I am also member of the Société Belge de Sophrologie et de Relaxation (S.B.S.R.)
Since 2024, I co-host with the E.B.S.F.R the course ‘Sophrology and Hypnosis” at the Faculté des Sciences de la Motricité Humaine - Université Libre de Bruxelles (U.L.B.).
